Did all those Cheney and Big Oil secret meetings contribute to Bush's Hoover Great Depression? By Chevron and friends driving the price of oil so high did they burst the bubble and the pyramid came crashing down?

With all that unaccounted for Iraqi oil, did a lot get sent out to only disappear in the paperwork as OPEC oil, mixed in? Where the profits went to Dubai secret bank accounts.
Another thing, the oil industry wants to drill offshore and export that oil overseas, where it will be shuttled around and come back as to US as OPEC(A) Oil. If the US would require a oil fingerprint of all those incoming tankers, how many would be filled with US offshore leases? The US needs to have almost all the oil drilled here, stay here. What sense is it for a monopoly like OPEC to set American crude prices of its own oil.
I am sure Cheney will have his Royalty check come in after January 2009.
